I create intuitive and visually beautiful experiences for the Allē native app, a rewards program with 7M+ members. Some notable projects I have worked on include Refer a Friend and Allē Flash, two projects which account for over $110M/year in revenue. I also collaborate with research teams on site visits, surveys, interviews, and more, helping to shape early stage discovery and craft our product roadmap for years to come.

I work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and legal experts, to solve complex problems while improving the user experience of the Allē platform. I am primarily focused on the consumer side, designing solutions for our native iOS and Android applications.

Led design projects from inception to execution, partnering with research teams, developers, and others to create digital products for the Vehicle Services organization. Some notable projects I’ve worked on include Service Outline and Service operations dashboard, both of which were major complex workflow products and have been successfully launched.

Organized participatory design exercises with end users, successfully bridging the gap between our customers and digital technology teams in a way that has never been done before at Rivian.

Led product design for multiple initiatives within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, including Compass SMS and Tasks.

Collaborated closely with stakeholders across the company, including development teams, product owners, UX researchers, and leadership to quickly ship products that create value for 20,000 real estate agents.

Prioritized initiatives within a 3-year product roadmap to provide the most value to our end-users and ensure Compass remains the industry leader in real estate software.

  Designed a comprehensive new tool called Basecamp, a complex digital product and end to end platform for purchasing managers to source new vehicle components.

• HP Enterprise Financial Services (Mar 21 - Apr 21)

  Led innovation workshops and oversaw a team of designers to deliver a web application for their customers to manage their leases, assets, and upcycling contracts.

• Bain and Co (Apr 20 - Apr 21)

  Led a team of designers to act as an internal design team. Created value for the staffing, partner assessment, and private equity teams.

• Morgan Stanley (Jan 20 - Feb 20)

  Designed a new web application to empower the Data Analytics team to manage new digital assets and repositories.

Graduated with a degree in User Experience Architecture and a minor in Graphic Design. The program focuses on the fundamentals of user experience design, user research, accessibility and interface design.
