Some notable projects I have worked on include Allē Flash and Refer a Friend, two projects that have successfully launched which combined account for over $110M/year in revenue. I also collaborate with research teams on site visits, surveys, interviews, and more, helping to shape early stage discovery and shape our product roadmap for years to come. - Led and executed design initiatives for Allē Flash, the company’s most important and impactful product. My work has personally accounted for an estimated increase in attributable revenue of ~$2M/year. - Partnered with cross functional teams of engineers, product managers, researchers, and others to design comprehensive 0-1 projects that delight users while achieving company goals. - Advocated for and implemented process improvements amongst the design team, increasing collaboration and awareness across silos and ensuring visual and functional consistency across everything ADL delivers.

Capably led the full lifecycle of large, complex design initiatives from inception to execution in the enterprise web space. Partnered with cross-functional team members in product, engineering, research, and operations to conceptualize, define, and design high-impact user experiences for stakeholders throughout the company. - Given responsibility of key projects, including major redesigns of the user experience for Service Outline and Service Operations Dashboard. Both projects are complex 0-1 initiatives that have successfully launched and are now integral parts of the way Rivian vehicles get serviced. - Eliminated the gap between end users and digital teams and obtained new insights by creating and facilitating participatory design exercises with end users. - Dramatically improved the speed, accuracy, and ease of day-to-day activities for over 100 Service Support Advisors while indirectly improving the ownership experience for the entire Rivian customer base by designing and implementing powerful backend management tools.

Successfully completed a contract position to lead product design for multiple initiatives across the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, delivering useful and intuitive software to over 20,000 real estate agents on both desktop web and native mobile formats. - Designed and oversaw the development of Compass SMS, a mobile project that brought core functionality to the CRM and enabled real estate agents to communicate with their clients by the preferred method of text messages. - Enhanced workflows for Automation and Tasks on Web, bringing unprecedented power to the CRM tool with features that allowed real estate agents to send physical mail automatically on preset time intervals, manage deal pipelines efficiently, and streamline communications with their clients.

Worked with 4 of the company’s most important clients to design and deliver complex solutions in the enterprise space. - Managed a team of product designers that created Basecamp for Rivian, a digital product and end-to-end platform on desktop web utilized by purchasing managers to efficiently and effectively source physical vehicle components while ensuring availability, quality, and competitive pricing. - Oversaw a team and personally delivered key design solutions for a new tool customers of HP Enterprise Financial Services use to seamlessly manage leases, assets, and upcycling contracts. - Provided bespoke design solutions for teams in the staffing, partner assessment, and private equity groups at Bain & Co by leading a team of designers to act as an internal design team, creating value across the company. - Designed a new web application for Morgan Stanley that empowered the Data Analytics team to more effectively manage digital assets and repositories.
